Behavioral Health Counseling
Our licensed behavioral health counselors provide both individual (in-person and video) and group counseling (in-person) to older youth (ages 16-18) and adults struggling with mental health challenges, such as:
At Recovery, our counselors use evidence-based strategies (e.g., CBT, DBT, BT, IPT, and so on) to help you not only recover from the grip of mental illness, but learn how to keep these challenges at bay in the long run. Our counselors begin this process with a comprehensive psychological assessment to better understand your history, the core events that are making things worse in your life, and how to change your life path and overall coping strategies.

Complex Psychological Evaluations
Our testing providers at Recovery work in tandem with your behavioral health counselors to provide them with a comprehensive assessment of your strengths and challenges. The testing process typically takes several hours but is helpful for establishing a baseline of how you are functioning now and what needs to improve in the future. This information can also be shared with your medication provider to determine if specific medications may be helpful to prescribe during your treatment at Recovery. |
Extended Recovery At The Retreat
There are times when you may need an extended stay away from the stressors of life to make the changes you seek for your mental health. Our licensed behavioral health providers at The Retreat offer this respite across a 28-day treatment period in a serene setting outside Yellowstone Park. At The Retreat, you will have the opportunity to do the "deep work" to help transition your health for the better. We offer comprehensive psychological and psychiatric assessments, daily individual and group counseling, clean eating with the DASH diet, and experiential activities in the wild (e.g., rafting, hiking, etc.), given our proximity to Yellowstone Park. |
